Animals are Conscious – Scientists agree with us

In July, 2012, a group of scientists signed a declarationof animal consciousness at the Francis Crick Memorial Conference on Consciousness in Human and non-Human Animals, at Churchill College, University of Cambridge in the presence of Stephen Hawkins.

Basically they are saying that the neuroanatomy is similar enough and the tests (I do not like the sound of that) show similar stimulation as in humans.

Please read this brief pdf and make some comments here about what you think of the scientific work. Most of us reading this website know that animals are sentient, but this may be an important step. What do you think?

I found this post at a positive news site, which I love, since I eschew regular news media most of the time.

Additionally, scientists at Damanhur have connected plants to speakers, played concertos to them and they sang!!!
