These essences were created by Dr. Jean Hofve, a holistic veterinarian.  She was joined by Jackson Galaxy, a cat behaviorist who is now a familiar face on Animal Planet. Dr. Hofve has had many years of experience working with essences in a wide variety of animals and settings.
