The College of Integrative Veterinary Therapies is a great place to learn – for your pet, or as a career beginning.

To quote from their website,

CIVT provides world-leading education, including accredited post graduate qualifications in evidence-based natural medicine. By bridging cutting edge science and tradition, we help you to expand your treatment options to tackle your most challenging cases.  And whether you’re a veterinarian, veterinary technician or nurse, animal health professional or someone who wants to learn more, we have the right course for you!’

Most of the courses are for veterinarians, other licensed animal health professionals and non-animal certified health care practitioners. Some of the courses are available to you, the pet owner.

Please take these classes and recommend your open minded conventional (yours is that way or you would not still be using her, right?) veterinarian. I totally vouch for the instructors and the course material. While I may not agree with everything they say, all is based on the deep holistic paradigm of treating the whole animal and going for a cure, not being satisfied with merely temporary help.

the following are classes I believe are open to everyone.
