The Veterinary Practice News for July 2012 reported that entertainer Brian Mayes created the Buddy Care Foundation, Inc to provide financial help for critical medical care for animals. It is named after his dog, Buddy, who died recently. There will also be a concert in August to benefit the foundation (Collin Raye in Nashville, TN.
